Shipping & Delivery
All shipments will be made via UPS Ground and can take 10-12 business days upon receipt of order. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST Monday - Thursday will be processed the next day.  Orders placed after 12:00pm Friday - Sunday will be processed on Monday. 
Seneca Foods Corporation is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such second party delivery.  If damage does occur, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Returns & Replacements
If your order is processed incorrectly, please email our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receipt for replacement of product or refund (including shipping cost).
